Stefan, is a lawyer by profession and a British car enthusiast with significant experience in the aerospace and private equity fields.

He has been leading a Swiss drone joint venture with SAAB AB (publ) and also acts as the chairman of a Zurich based private equity company. He has a proven track record in the startup and the private equity world, building up businesses using the latest software, virtual engineering and design tools.

Adapting his knowledge from the aerospace industry and the private equity sector, Stefan's contribution to BAK Motors AG has been crucial from the very beginning.

Stefan's task at BAK Motors AG is to provide strategic and legal guidance.

Stefan is a registered Swiss attorney-at-law and holds a LL.M degree (with merits) from the London School of Economics and Political Science as well as a Master of Law degree from the University of St. Gallen.

Both in Switzerland and Hungary he has established himself as a successful entrepreneur in the fields of IT, marketing, international commerce and negotiations during the past 20 years.

He is also a co-founder of BAK Motors AG and a member of the Board and Management.

He has significantly contributed to the successful foundation of BAK Motors AG.

Fergus McVey

Branding & Marketing

Fergus is Chief Executive of 7th Sense, a markets and branding agency based in London. He has built 7th Sense into a trusted market realisation partner for brands like Rolls Royce Motorcars, Aston Martin, Triumph motorcycles and Watches of Switzerland group.

Using focused consumer research up to the second market data and good old fashioned expertise, 7th Sense have delivered for mass consumer brands, luxury, commercial and academic clients but specialise in bringing brands to really rare, niche and challenging audiences – wherever they are in the world.

7th Sense are delighted to be working with BAK Motors AG on the development and launch of these ground breaking concepts in conceptualisation, production and finance.

Jay Nagley

Product Strategy

Jay has decades of experience in the car industry since starting in Market Analysis at Porsche. He has worked with many car manufacturers on product planning and technology strategy, particularly in the luxury sector. He has an exceptionally strong network of contacts in the UK automotive technology sector.

Maroan Maizar

Financial Advisor

Maroan worked for Kepler Cheuvreux from 2017 - 2019 as Managing Director and helped build the corporate finance and financial advisory business for Switzerland.

Maroan was country CEO and General Manager for Deutsche Bank Zurich Branch AG, “DBAG” in addition to this role he was also responsible for the corporate and investment bank during the course of 12 years.

In the early 2000’ he worked for Goldman Sachs in London as Head of Corporate Coverage and Risk Management Solutions Switzerland.

Prior to that he worked with Credit Suisse Financial Products in both London and Zurich as a derivative structurer and head of FX / IR covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
